Do I need a credit card to start?

Is this a subscription?
No. Each full report is a one-time payment per manuscript. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Does manuscript length or file type change the price?
PDF and DOCX cost the same. Manuscripts up to 15,000 words are $19; longer manuscripts are $38. The exact amount is shown before checkout.
Do revised manuscripts cost less?
Yes. Uploading a revised version of a manuscript you already reviewed gets a 40% discount ($11.40 for a standard-length manuscript).
How long does the report take?
Depending on length, reports are typically ready within about 5–15 minutes.
What if the report fails?
If our pipeline fails to deliver a report, your order is automatically moved to refund pending and we start the refund without a separate request.
What is the refund policy?
Payments are processed by our payment partner acting as Merchant of Record, which handles billing and taxes. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies where the law allows, with a digital-service exception once the report has been delivered.
Is my manuscript kept confidential?
Yes. Your manuscript stays confidential, is never shared with third parties, and is kept while your account is active.
